Week 1 - No Diet Coke

After my whole "not losing any weight" issue, I have been prompted to cut the soda. On any given day I drink AT LEAST 100 ounces of diet coke. That is only 2 44 ounces and a can - nothing if you ask me. Well, apparently, that has to go somewhere, and I think it is going to my midsection. I survived on water and tea (can't give up all caffeine) and didn't have the typical headaches when I had gone without before. With this no drinking and no soda, people are going to think I have joined a crazy cult! I am just reminded daily that getting old sucks!

So do you think Red Bull is responsible for cellulite then? Because if it is, then I am sticking with cellulite. How are you guys?? I haven't seen you in a long time!

Wow, girl. Props...I've been trying to give up my diet coke, and I haven't been able to make a clean break. Proud of you!
