Cupcakes Make the World Go Round

At school this week, Karli created "Cupcake World." She had workers, customers, and a bakery. All the kids were involved and "helping" with her venture. Then on Thursday night she was doing it again at home. She would open her shop and close it and have customers come and take their "sugar." At that point I decided I would take her to Austin's own "cupcake world" - Hey Cupcake!

Hey Cupcake! is an airstream trailer parked on South Congress and sells cupcakes and drinks. Karli decided she wanted a red and white, and Sweet Leaf tea of course. We sat at the table and enjoyed our cupcakes and tea, while a man played music. Karli told me that her store doesn't have drinks, but she might think about adding them to her menu. After we left, Karli told me what a "wonderful adventure that was" and I knew there would be many more adventures in our future!
